CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately at galorestreetwear@gmail.com to check if an update is possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Galore Streetwear, we strive for quality and customer satisfaction. However, refunds are only granted in cases where an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. To request a refund:
1. Contact us at galorestreetwear@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
3. If approved, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit upon returning the item.
Refunds are not granted for:
• Incorrect item selection (size, color, quantity, etc.) made by the customer.
• Canceled orders after payment is processed.
• Items damaged due to improper use.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email galorestreetwear@gmail.com within 48 hoursof delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
A return may not be necessary for defective items, but our team will assess each claim individually.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• All returns must be shipped with a trackable service; we cannot process refunds for lost returns.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
• Customers must ensure their shipping and billing information is accurate when placing an order.
• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Galore Streetwear is not responsible for a refund.
• We can reship the order, but customers must cover the additional shipping costs.
